I build things. At work it's models; in the garage it's objects I design and print. Same rule in both places: make it smart, make it well, and make it genuinely useful to someone. I'm drawn to intricate stories, the kind where every piece pulls on every other, and the payoff lands three moves after you set it up. I'll happily sit with something complicated. And I like the opposite move just as much: taking something dense and telling it plainly enough that people lean in instead of glazing over.

When I play, I play to read the field and adapt, to understand, and to hold whatever role the team actually needs. I'd rather take the thankless job and win than pad my own line and lose. That instinct doesn't clock out when I close the game.

None of it is a work costume. It's the same person: in the garage, on the page, on the payload, and in the model.
